Operations Manager
A full-time position has become available at Greens of Soham for an Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of the mobile vegetable washing and grading operations; liaising with landowners and farmers and ensuring demands and delivery deadlines are met for our customers.
An important part of this role is to ensure that the contracted service agreed with our suppliers (growers) is provided in a timely and professional manner and that our reputation is upheld.
The three mobile washing lines are moved around the UK (mostly East Anglia and Kent but not limited to), each washing line has a dedicated supervisor to manage the daily operations. The Operations Manager oversees all three of the lines and works with internal parties to ensure the right setup is done in a well-planned and efficient manner.
