Tractor Driver (West Norfolk)

We are currently seeking a full-time Tractor Driver to join an established team in East Anglia, growing 1,000 ha of salad, seed and processing potatoes. This is a great opportunity for someone with practical machine operating experience who wants to join a forward-thinking highly motivated, Dynamic team in Norfolk. We operate a wide range of modern machinery and make use of the latest technologies available in agriculture.

The duties of the role vary throughout the year depending on the season and overall productivity, but key responsibilities will include:

  • Destoning & relief planting of potatoes
  • Irrigation based in West Norfolk
  • Operating a self-propelled potato harvester supplying processing crops into our mobile wash system
  • Workshop duties when required
  • Supporting the beetroot team in Cambridgeshire if/when required
  • Other duties as needed.

Applicants should have tractor driving experience (essential), practical experience of working within a potato environment (ideally), and be self-motivated and enthusiastic. Mobile Washer/Grader Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Mobile Washer/Grader Supervisor to oversee the daily running of one of the mobile vegetable grading operations. The mobile graders run throughout the UK, mostly in the East of England. This is a physically challenging role with the need to be able to get stuck in when mechanical or logistical problems arise. The role requires liaising with our third party growers and ensuring demands and delivery deadlines are met for our customers. An important objective of this role is to ensure that the contracted service agreed with our our growers is provided in a timely and professional manner and that our reputation is upheld.
